We guarantee that you will be happy with their high level of cleaning skills. We do monitor their cleaning and make spot checks from time to time on their quality of workmanship.
If there is something that is not done / cleaned as you would like then just let us know immediately and our helpful, friendly office staff will deal efficiently with your problem. Our cleaners are fully covered by insurance to give you peace of mind. We should discuss beforehand how much cleaning time you need to book and how much this will cost you - this will depend on the size of your house.
